Dig Day One
It’s a peaceful place along the North Shore where we are excavating. Reuniting with the people and places that are familiar now on my seventh season here is something I always look forward to. Being with like minded folks who share this love of history and piecing together the past is something I need like air. It recharges my batteries and clears away the cobwebs from my brain. Here are a few photos from today’s events.

I’m hiking a few trails this morning before my Archaeology Primer. It’s overcast but the views are beautiful as always. Already got caught in a rain shower and got my feet wet. Perfect:)

So I’ve been shopping, there are some nice shops here in Annapolis Royal. Antique shops, vintage clothing, and craft.

After lunch I started at The Crooked Floor. I found these cool fans.
I found an awesome vintage shop recently opened. Infinity Threads &vintage. Izabella, the owner told me about a fashion blog that is a must see. It’s called Lion Hunter, this blogger also makes one of a kind clutches.
My next stop was down the street. 304 St George. Organic cotton from India, this is a beautiful natural hand dyed dress.
Far- fetched Antiques is a favourite of mine. You can see why. Check out the felt flowers. Love it!!
