I was looking for a comfort food today. So I decided to make a soup from my left over Taproot CSA veggies. This recipe comes from my favorite blog kitchenvignettes.blogspot.ca
I’d like to share my soup with you on this chilly maritime day. Vegetables are all from my Taproot Farms CSA share. Love it!
I’m in a creative mood. I looked in the fridge for inspiration. It’s pretty easy when I have such beautiful produce grown locally and supplied by Taproot my local CSA farm. Even the oil for my roasted vegetables is local and Non GMO. So impressed!
I’ll roast the veggies with that beautiful garlic bulb on top and in the Slaw I added red and green cabbage, carrot and celeriac.
I’m grateful I live in a place so inspiring. Thanks Taproot!
