D and I went for lunch today in Mahone Bay on this beautiful Sunday. Take a look at our food. There is a very talented chef in that kitchen.
2 Doors Down
This restaurant found on Barrington St. actually has really awesome gluten free burgers and fries. For dessert I had chocolate mousse. A+ for presentation.

Sushi Shige
I’m hungry after a day in Halifax. So I stopped at Sushi Shige. I went to a few favorite spots today. Elsie’s vintage clothing shop had a load of beautiful scarves. Today I had the time to browse and I found one for me for a great price. I love the salmon coloured formal dress, pile of sunglasses and wire bracelet. Yes I ate all of that sushi and sashimi. It was really tasty and beautifully presented.
Juliette update
I’m in Annapolis Royal for lunch at Bistro East. They other a lot of gluten free items. Knitting Juliette, I’m loving the lace but I switched from addi’s to Bamboo, definitely needed the lace tip and non slippery needle.

Another delightful meal. For my main I very much enjoyed the butter chicken. The wait staff here are lovely and the pace is relaxing.

Leaving my mark yesterday at Lion and Bright. Wanting to leave something meaningful, I wrote my favourite quote by Anne Frank. Cool idea, chalkboard painted bathroom stalls. Fulfilling our human need to connect through graffiti.
