We had a lovely afternoon beach family day, before I had to run off to attend to my Dad, who was sick. Life’s never dull, especially when you are the daughter who’s a nurse. The first part of my day was filled with sand and sun and people I love. What more could a girl want.
We had lunch at Le Caveau at the DOMAINE DE GRAND PRÉ Wonderfully presented chowder with scallop and lobster, this award wining restaurant boasts 3rd in the world.
Beautiful countryside.
At LUCKETT VINEYARDS we had dessert of dark chocolate cheesecake and it was paired with Isolde ice wine, which lasted 5 minutes!
At L'ACADIE VINEYARDS
We picked up a bottle of organic rosé sparkling. One of my favs
GASPEREAU VINEYARDS
I had desert of strawberry shortcake. We also sampled their selkie wine, it was totally delicious.
