I love Rebecca’s in Mahone Bay. Look what We ate…

Lobster grilled cheese with side salad and for dessert avocado chocolate mousse. It was delicious!
This WordPress.com site is about life in knitting, music, books, food, and poetry
This superbulky yarn is so quick to knit with. I found it at The Loop on Barrington St. I’m knitting a two-toned scarf and only cast on 11 stitches instead of 13. A simple knit and purl pattern great for a beginner. Super quit for a last minute gift. This one is for me to match my vintage 1940’s swing coat.
I’m hungry after a day in Halifax. So I stopped at Sushi Shige. I went to a few favorite spots today. Elsie’s vintage clothing shop had a load of beautiful scarves. Today I had the time to browse and I found one for me for a great price. I love the salmon coloured formal dress, pile of sunglasses and wire bracelet. Yes I ate all of that sushi and sashimi. It was really tasty and beautifully presented.
So I’ve been shopping, there are some nice shops here in Annapolis Royal. Antique shops, vintage clothing, and craft.
Here’s where I’m posting from. Beautiful Fort Anne.

It’s a beautiful, breezy day.
After lunch I started at The Crooked Floor. I found these cool fans.

I found an awesome vintage shop recently opened. Infinity Threads &vintage. Izabella, the owner told me about a fashion blog that is a must see. It’s called Lion Hunter, this blogger also makes one of a kind clutches.

My next stop was down the street. 304 St George. Organic cotton from India, this is a beautiful natural hand dyed dress.

Far- fetched Antiques is a favourite of mine. You can see why. Check out the felt flowers. Love it!!

My favourite find this cute little bag from infinity threads.
